Brewing Tips

We brew 1 teaspoon per cup for 2-3 minutes. Brewing slightly lighter works well with this one to avoid toomuch bitterness developing.

If you’re trying this chilled, double your dose and half your brewing water, add a teaspoon of sugar and a squeeze of lemon or lime juice, then pour over ice.
