Matcha Whisk

This Matcha whisk, otherwise known as a Chasen, is the traditional tool used for preparing Matcha tea. Fine Bamboo prongs help whisk your Matcha into a froth and dissolve any clumps in the powder into a silky consistency. Use 1g of Matcha to 100ml of water between 50-60C. Rinse your whisk in warm water before use to soften the prongs or tines) then add powder to a bowl water and whisk for at least 30 seconds, whisking from side to side. Made out of one single piece of bamboo, this whisk is ideal used with ourAsigiri Matcha. . Wash by hand with warm water to keep your whisk clean after use.
