Payment Info

Payment is due on ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.  Any deviation from our Terms may result in your account being frozen and/or future orders only being processed on a Pro Forma basis.  Late payment fees, not in excess of 10% of the outstanding account balance, may also be charged.

Your data may be stored but will be encrypted; we have full compliance through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) authorities. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

If you are eligible for Proforma Payments your order will be prepared and payment will be taken before being dispatched.  If you are eligible for 30 days terms, your order will be prepared and shipped before payment is taken.
