Below is a media carousel where the image cards have the title and text in the image. The images would need to be carefully created at the same size and have the title and copy set in an editing tools such as photoshop etc. It works nicely as it doesn't need to reload the page to advance the carousel.
Below is a posts viewer using the pagination arrows. Although nice because it drives dtraight form posts and adds the text and date, advancing the carousel does cause a page relaod which is not as good. The arrows can be repositioned using css but again not as good.
