These Hario Syphon Filters are ideal for combining the fineness of a filter extraction with the mouthfeel of an immersion method. Includes a Meths Burner, Cloth filter set, scoop and stirrer. A popular coffee brewer in the1930’s both sides of the pond, which fell out of fashion with the invention of the electric filter machine, although it actually makes very good coffee. Brew temperature in the upper bowl is very stable and filtration from below allows fines and oils to be syphoned off, producing clean coffee with extremely good flavour clarity.
