Coffee Carafe Set

This Coffee Carafe Set from Kinto comes with a stainless steel filter which fits neatly into an elegant glass carafe. The beauty of brewing pour over with this type of filter is that it can be used over and over again, reducing on the production of paper filters and cost of buying them. You can however, expect different results compared to paper filter. Similar to cafetière, this will give more a fuller mouthfeel and mask some acidity so for this brew method we would recommend a coffee like Pensativo or Archetype. This set also includes a holder to put your used filter in and doubles up as a handy measuring scoop. For this brew method we recommend 36g for a 600ml brew and grinding just coarser than your typical paper filter grind setting.
